1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing ecoplus.com.mk and placing orders for standard or custom printed wet wipes, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before concluding your purchase.

2. Custom Printing & Artwork Approval

For custom logo printed wet wipes orders, production initiates solely after the customer confirms the digital artwork proof. The client warrants that they hold full copyright and trademark rights to any logo, trademark, or artwork submitted to EcoPlus. EcoPlus shall not be held liable for third-party intellectual property disputes arising from client-submitted assets.

3. Pricing & Currency

All product prices are quoted in Macedonian Denar (MKD). Applicable shipping fees, taxes, or international freight surcharges are clearly detailed during checkout or on the formal proforma invoice.

4. Order Fulfillment & Production Lead Times

Standard in-stock products are prepared within 1–2 business days. Customized production runs require 7 to 14 business days depending on order volume and queue. EcoPlus strives to fulfill all orders expeditiously and will inform customers promptly in case of force majeure delays.

5. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of North Macedonia. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the competent courts of Skopje.
